Overview
GCEMS Station Board is a managed Apple TV application for displaying station information, dispatch notifications, hospital status, weather alerts, and agency-approved board content.
The app is designed for organization-managed devices. It does not include advertising, third-party ad tracking, social login, or consumer account creation.
Information Processed
- Managed device configuration such as station ID, tenant ID, role, API endpoint, and bootstrap token.
- Session tokens used to connect a managed station display to GCEMS services.
- Operational content such as dispatch details, unit assignments, hospital status, weather alerts, RSS items, calendar items, and slideshow media.
- Approximate device or station location when available, used to localize weather alerts and map-related station display features.
- Basic service diagnostics such as connection status, request timestamps, and device registration status.
Use of Information
Information is used to authenticate managed displays, route station-specific alerts, show operational information, maintain service reliability, and support agency administration.
GCEMS Station Board does not sell personal data and does not use app data for third-party advertising or tracking.
Sharing
Operational data may be processed by service providers used to host or operate the system, including cloud infrastructure used for APIs, storage, notifications, and administrative tools. Access is limited to the operation and support of the station display system.
Retention and Contact
Operational records are retained only as needed for agency operations, troubleshooting, security, and legal or compliance obligations.
